Key Job Responsibilities
-
Develop content creation plans that include editorial calendars, deliverables and timelines that meet agreed-upon KPIs
-
Produce content including but not limited to videos, infographics, blog posts, articles, tool kits, resource guides, tip sheets, frameworks, proposals etc.

Attend A.I. MIR events to capture notes and develop content related to event sessions and speakers
-
Develop and manage creative assets including event footage and graphics, as well as setting up cataloguing system for future reference of these assets.
-
Manage and increase engagement of prospects to generate demand.
-
Organize and produce case studies related to our thought leadership, both written and video.
-
Design communications collateral including social tiles, email templates and program materials.
-
Think through each touchpoint where our clients and prospects will come into contact with us and create an experience that is aligned with the brand of the firm and positions it as the leader in its area.

Manage the digital presence of the firm.
-
Coordinate with the team on the creation and dissemination of social content.
-
Coordinate and collaborate with the trainers and speakers on producing content from events.
-
Mine community discussions for insights, cases and information.
-
Manage the production of member newsletters, articles and other communication.
Qualifications
-
3-5 years’ experience in the communications field required
-
Graphic design capabilities (Adobe Suite)
-
Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field; master’s degree desirable
-
Demonstrable track record of producing high-quality content
-
Video editing (video graphics and animations a plus)
-
HTML programming a plus
-
Experience with content management systems a plus
-
Experience with data analytics a plus
-
Availability to travel 3-5 times a year
-
Demonstrated excellent writing, editing, communication and presentation skills

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
