Key Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for developing, curating, auditing and rationalizing Thought Leadership and Insights content for specific target audiences, along with an appropriate cadence and focus for development, promotion, and distribution; 

  • Create and implement repeatable processes to build out intellectual capital deployment at the brand, solution and application / use case level; 

  • Apply a standardized measurement approach around content engagement; monitor and make / suggest adjustments to strategy over time; 

  • In collaboration with the digital team, activate a rich digital experience strategy and repeatable, scalable implementation plan to inspire meaningful, relevant target audience engagement; 

  • In collaboration with partners and Thought Leaders, develop and deploy content in a very timely fashion; advocate for messages and unique experiences that will resonate with the target audiences 

  • Ensure integrity of intellectual capital is always intact, yet deployed in different, often briefer and more compelling ways to grab and keep the attention of prospects and clients; 

  • Position our insights as unique/differentiating and promoting these insights as something the target audience cannot do without with strong calls to action; 

  • Create scale around processes and pieces that can be templated across multiple regions for common audiences; 

  • Activate content marketing strategies and actively contribute to the achievement of short-term and long-term goals; 

  • Write content and then direct design teams to produce high quality content for curation and packaging across media types; 

  • Own and execute the promotional tactics (paid digital, PR etc.); 

  • Proactively communicates with the relevant teams about agreed upon topics, program components, and content availability; 

  • Develop and manage editorial calendar to ensure timely deadlines are met; 

  • Build a balanced and actionable internal feedback process to ensure adoption. Includes measuring process performance, reporting, and improvement; 

  • Is the Marketing representative at webcasts / webinars / Speaking and media partner engagements; 

  • Develops content programs with media partners; 

  • May manage people as need and volume increase.

Qualifications

  • College degree and 4 years of related work experience 

  • Journalistic focus/style and digital storytelling that translates to content engagement and loyalty 

  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume, how to best create it, and then how to optimize the path to conversion; ability to predict/anticipate audience preferences 

  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales 

  • Basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement 

  • Digital savvy with the ability to deploy content across a range of formats, including videos / video segments, interactive infographics, blogs, podcasts, advertorials, web content, webcasts, etc. 

  • Content marketing communications skills to clearly and programmatically position and promote key messages, client benefits, and the A.I. MIR competitive differentiation. 

  • Feed idea pipeline 

  • Test and learn mentality 

  • A “can do/figure it out” mindset that seeks to identify and understand ways of working smarter 

  • A self-starter who is motivated to become a key contributor to a busy team. A collegiate team-player who is proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and reliable 

  • Strong business acumen and results orientation 

  • Must work at speed, perform well under time-sensitive deadlines 

  • Effectively engage and build relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Strong HR, Organizational Psychology and HR Tech knowledge and marketing acumen 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Experience with Google analytics and other similar tools  

  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects 

  • Ability to work on a fast-paced ever-changing environment and remain flexible. 

  • Ability to understand new concepts quickly 

  • Challenges the status quo and proactively seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement to drive better results 

  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience 

  • Relevant HR services experience 

  • Strong background in content strategy, writing, editing and marketing, with a heavy focus on digital 

  • People management experience a plus 

Key Performance Indicators

Key Performance Indicators are divided into three key areas. These are Reputation, Relationships and Revenue.

 

Further details of the KPI are as follows: 

  • Media mentions. No. of mentions in the key and notable industry publications and media in general; 

  • Awards. No. of notable awards received for the offerings; 

  • Speaking Engagements at reputable events;  

  • Quality website link backs;  

  • Engagement on digital channels; 

  • Leads generated for offerings;  

  • Revenue Growth.
