His consulting and training style engages audiences, inculcates learning, and enables positive change in individuals, teams, and organizations. Since 2001 he has trained and coached over fifty thousand people including Business Leaders, CEOs, Managers, Doctors, Professors, and Sales People from Fortune500s to small firms within diverse industry sets in the U.S., Europe, and Asian regions.  Mr. Mir has also been the President – St. Louis Chapter of ASTD (American Society for Training & Development). He has authored various programs and methodologies. Amongst them are the Leadership Advantage Program (LAP) and its various modules. He is also the Chief Train the Trainer with A.I. MIR LLC where he trains consultants and clients in the areas of Learning Design; Facilitation; Job Profiling; Behavioral, Psychological, Intelligence and Emotional Assessments; and the use of HR Tools.
