Program Overview:

Innovator's Accelerator® x (IAx) is a deep-dive, online learning experience designed for employees who want to learn how to think and act more creatively. It features three of the world’s most respected authorities on innovation, each of whom has spent decades studying business innovators and the techniques they use to come up with creative ideas. IAx has been created specifically for intra-organization teams. By working together, participants will get an infusion of fresh ideas and solutions to energize your organization and develop a common innovation language that fosters transformation in workplace culture.

Innovator’s Accelerator (IAx): Growth & Efficiency
Innovation Training to Manage the Future of your Business

The seven-week Innovator’s Accelerator® IAx online training program has been created specifically for intra-organization teams. By working together, participants will get an infusion of fresh ideas and solutions to energize your organization and develop a common innovation language that fosters transformation in workplace culture.

Dynamic and successful learning

Lessons are designed to impart the skills of the innovator to overcome obstacles, break the confines of traditional thinking, and drive change in your organization. Enabled by an interactive learning platform, lessons can be accessed anytime from virtually anywhere so your team members can participate as best fits their schedule.

Learning and skills are built through 19 sessions – each taught by one of three innovation thought leaders: Professors Clayton Christensen (Harvard Business School), Jeff Dyer (Wharton) and Hal Gregersen (INSEAD). Video case studies are shared to demonstrate how a particular type of innovation or approach to innovation has been successfully implemented.

Solve a real innovation challenge

Participants immediately implement the learning from the lessons while working on the solution to an innovation challenge. Participants are divided into groups of 5 persons from a single company. The teams develop a Growth or Efficiency Innovation for the company.

Assess. Grow. Implement.

The “Innovator’s DNA Self-Assessment” enables participants to determine the type of innovator they are and identify the skills that are most important for their growth.

Participants track their progress online via the Skills Tracker and Impact Meter.

Leverage the online platform to receive feedback from the program facilitator and participate in post-lesson debriefs in the online forum.

Get real world practice throughout the team challenge and bring the learning into the organization and see the impact it has on colleagues and the business at large.

At the conclusion of the program, participants will have compiled their own “innovation toolkit” – a compendium of ideas, insights and inspiration they’ve gathered along the way and saved into a personalized PDF they can reference anytime.
