Program Overview:

EQ-i 2.0 is the completely revised and updated tool based on the pioneering BarOn EQ-I published nearly twenty years ago. Multi-Health Systems, Inc. of Toronto, Canada extensively researched and revised the assessment to make it a premier tool for exploring emotional intelligence.

In addition, our Partner Qualifying.org, Inc., offers the special Masterclass for EQ-i. You will receive Masterclass materials to facilitate appropriate application of the tool. Materials include modules on all of the key applications of the EQ-i, application handouts, and the mapping of the scales of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 to Lominger International's leadership competency library. Learn which leader competencies to develop to improve emotional intelligence. Linkage to the MBTI®, FIRO-B, and other assessments are covered in the Masterclass. You will have access to downloadable materials to facilitate your use of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360.

The program allows for focus on practical application techniques for the most effective development outcomes-a running head-start toward effective use of the tool in your work.

Assessment Description:

EQ-i2.0 is a 133 question self-assessment that explores the frequency of and role that sixteen different elements of emotional well-being play in your life. Through extensive research, the areas of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making, and stress management related behaviors make up the key dimensions of this assessment.

The EQ-i2.0 yields standardized (your score compared to the general population) scores on the scales that are recently normed. Download an EQ-I 2.0 Sample Report Now.

While the EQ-i 2.0® identifies the level of a client’s emotional and social functioning based on his or her responses, the EQ 360 assessment provides a more in-depth analysis by having those who work with the client provide information as well. When observer ratings are compared with the results of an EQ-i 2.0 self-report, a more complete 360 degree profile emerges.

The EQ 360 identifies key employee strengths that can be leveraged to the benefit of the organization, as well as impediments to high performance that could be improved.
